Dr. Antonio Creus joined Central Cardiovascular Institute of San
Antonio in January 1998. Dr. Creus currently serves as the
Medical Director of the Anticoagulation Specialty Clinic for CCI.
Dr. Creus was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He received
his medical degree from Barcelona University in Barcelona, Spain.
Dr. Creus entered a rotating internship program at St. Alexis Hospital
in Cleveland, Ohio and then continued, completing his Residency in
Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland.
Dr. Antonio Creus served in the U.S. Army for 2 years before completing
his Internal Medicine residency at the Ceveland Clinic
Foundation. His interest in the field of cardiology inspired him
to complete an additional 3 year fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease
& Cardiac Labs at Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
